See the Robin sitting in the tree, Looking at the sky then looking at me; Looking at the ground listening for each sound looking for the cat, What do you think of that?! Cat sits way back Hiding behind the tree Trying to stay where That Robin doesn't see. Robin starts to sing Robin wants to play Cat jumps up high Smart Robin flys away!! Cat, so not happy Thought he had a snack Robin say I'm much smarter than that old fat cat! Cats can just eat bugs That;s what Robins do Makes bugs almost Robin If you think it through! Cat looks indifferent says I'll catch a rat Tastes better than a Robin, What do you think of that?! Cat lied! 4/13/10 Blessings Nancie and a giggling Whisper they wrote this at the bus stop today!

Prefer Robins, have a pair in our garden right by our solarium, they are on their 2nd brood..and the bloomin cats ( Not ours, we don'y keep them) are prowling around...have to keep shoooooing them off....but it is fun watching the comings and goings of this wee family. They work soo hard and in complete unison.....they always know when we are watching them..smart little creatures...
