I am unable to solve someone's problem, so I'm appealing to you geeks out there!
For some reason her account will not stay logged on, so she has to sign in everytime and type her password each time she logs on to this site. We have already tried the "click remember me" when logging on and that isn't working! I have looked at the admin controls, and I don't have anywhere that I can change it. So I'm guessing it's something to do with a setting on her computer??? Is there something that you can change that would stop your computer from remembering passwords and usernames even when you click the remember me thingy? Thanks ladies! Sally |

Well, if she has her cookies disabled it won't remember her. It's in the internet settings.

Thanks! Would it be possible to give step by step instructions on how one might go about finding those??

Unfortunately, I'm currently at work and all that stuff is locked on our machines. In MS Explorer, you would go to Tools, Internet Options but from there it could be different, depending on what version you are using. Maybe on a tab called Privacy? And in Mac, I have no clue. Can someone with administrative access help?

You could try these instructions to see if the privacy settings are set too high to allow cookies:

My son came down yesterday and fixed my computer so now I get to my favorite wwwomnen's site. I couldn't do it. I especially want to thank White Tiger for posting the direction on how to get back. Again, thank you very much.
