My p.m. box is 90% full. Is there any way that I can get more room in there?

AnneThe only way to get more room in there is to start deleting some or all of your pms.
And,don't forget your folder of sent pms as well;that needs to be cleared out if you want more room.

Sorry to say that's it not. I can't find the folder that is suppose to be holding all the files. I clean out the p.m.s as I go along.

Sorry to be so dense about computers but what I know about them you could put one the head of a pin and still have enough room for 15 dancing faries. Anne

Sorry to be so dense about computers but what I know about them you could put one the head of a pin and still have enough room for 15 dancing faries. AnneOkaaaaaaay,look at the top right hand side of the page and you'll see;"Welcome, Anne Steele" and then underneath,you'll see the words,Private Messages underlined and highlighted.
Click on that and then you'll see 'folder controls' and then some options of inbox and sent pms.
Scroll down to the sent pms and click on that 'cause I think that's where they're hiding.....that's why I mentioned you need to clear out that folder as well.
Click each message and then hit the delete button and they'll all head off to cyber space.

Also, Anne, if you have no reason to keep a copy of each PM you send, then uncheck the box underneath the message before you hit send. I have to scroll down a bit to see it, so forget it most of the time, then have to go back and do it manually.

I don't know if there is a way to change it permanently or not.
