OK, I am just bragging about her...she has been trying so hard and she has done it!! The worst is over and I do believe she can spend the rest of her life smoke free if she wants...fingers crossed!! It is a most terrible addiction and takes a powerful person to win that war..and it is a war....but our own Anne has done it!!

I know she has kept quiet about it, but I feel the whole world she know..so there, Missy..I blabbed on you!!

I know you told me one funny story..why not tell it here..will help others who are trying to stop.

I'm still not smoking. It's been a long and difficult road. Truth to tell, there have been several times that I have been down at the club house and there have been cigarets in the public ashtrays. I have looked at them and wanted so badly to sneek one. But my good sense, or my paranoia, has pervailed. :disgust:

I'm still not completly over wanting a cigaret. Every time I go without the patch, the old smoking devil pops up and demands that I start again. "OH, no", I say "I shall never smoke again" Really! He does that!

Well, I have been quiet for a while..well, a little while, but today it just came out..and I had no control...was like this little gremlin commin' out..but same differene..I am so proud of her!!!

Yes, you are a good person, Molly, unlike Nanci. I just emailed her to tell her off. Not that it will do any good.

The group hasn't materialized yet. That's Friday. I took some brochures to the doctor today and told her to spread the word. I have a sinking feeling that the group from here - the mobile home park - is not going to go anywhere. Just a hunch.

Yes, I'm still going for the walks. The problems that I had with my breathing were caused by pneumonia, which I just found out today, when I saw the doc. I thought that I was turning neurotic. (DON"T SAY IT!):D

I dare say, I am rather pround of myself.
