Hehe - catching up on my Rita Mae Brown's "Sneaky Pie" mysteries. In case you are not familiar with them, this is a long-standing and still going series that her pet cat 'claims' to co-write. Saw this quip in the back of the "Sour Puss" book:

"You know, it's hell working with a cat. They really are smarter than we are. Have you ever gotten anyone to feed you, pay your bills, give you the best chair in the house, tell you how beautiful you are, and groom you daily? Me, neither." :laughing:

Cleaning up after a cat, catnip in the rug after she has torn a toy, Blinds out of wack from peaking thru, hide and jump out. She acts like a wind up toy, When she winds down she is out for about 2 hours.
